Because sod is a highly perishable product we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We guarantee our sod to be alive, true to name as sold, and in good planting condition upon pick-up or delivery. JB does not guarantee the survivability of sod due to conditions beyond our control such as insufficient watering, improper handling or installation, chemical or fertilizer burn, or sod left on pallet beyond day of delivery.

All claims for damaged material or improper quantities must be addressed at the time of delivery. No exceptions.
Cancellations- All cancellations or changes must be made by noon the day before delivery. Changes or cancellations for Monday orders must be made by 10am the Saturday prior to delivery (April-October) or noon Friday (November-March).
Delivery times are estimated and do not account for circumstances beyond our control i.e. traffic, break downs, difficulty of prior deliveries, etc. We make every effort to deliver on time. WE DO NOT PAY STANDBY TIME. Delivery times are available after 4pm when trucks have been routed.
Deliveries are curbside. Any placement of product beyond curbside is at the discretion of the driver. A signed waiver is required if the driver needs to drive on the driveway.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
